Manufacture

The Manufacturing Centre offers the following programmes to its customers:

1) Basic Manufacturing Programme

• Manufacture of box bodies and special bodies for any utility vehicle and chassis up to the total weight of 12.5 tons.
• Manufacture of all types of platform bodies for utility vehicles and chassis up to the weight of 12.5 tons, including delivery of additional devices and structures according to the customer's requirements.
• General overhauls and customization of box bodies for utility vehicles.

The manufacture is carried out on the basis of job orders and for contractual prices
negotiated with the customer prior to the job commencement.

2) Supplementary Manufacturing Programme

• Any paintwork performed with STANDOX and DUPONT paints (passenger cars, transport vehicles, lorries, buses, as well as small parts). The work is performed on the KLK 18 painting line manufactured by SOP Novoline d.o.o. Ljubljana, Slovenia, using an environmentally friendly technology, which conforms to all the ecological requirements of the European Union.
• Press work using the following technologies:
  • Programme-controlled TRUMPF press brake (allowing for processing of sections up to the length of 3000 mm and width up to 5 mm, according to the drawing documentation submitted by the customer).
  • Eccentric presses up to 160 tons.

• Metal working using special technologies for the manufacture of cam shafts for all AVIA vehicles
